GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Our deliveries and service take place exclusive on these terms and conditions.
OFFERS
All offers are not binding and without any commitment. Orders placed by the customers via Web site, e-mail, post fax or over the phone are binding, no matter whether confirmed by mail, e-mail or fax or not. Statutory representatives or parents are liable for orders placed by related minors under 18 years and all financial damages related to such in connection with their duty of supervision however. The written acknowledgement in connection with the acceptance and processing of any order via e-mail, post or fax is authoritative
DELIVERY within EU
For orders up to a value of EUR 150,- we charge EUR 6,- for delivery. Everything higher than EUR 151,- is delivered free . At deliveries with dumbell-weights, bars, Ping-pong tables as well as under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to charge the effective costs! In this case the customer will be informed and asked to confirm the costs!
DELIVERY SWITZERLAND
For orders up to a value of SFR 399,- we charge SFR 25,- for delivery. Everything starting from a value of SFR 400,- is delivered free. At deliveries with dumbell-weights, bars, Ping-pong tables, table-top football as well as under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to charge the effective costs! In this case the customer will be informed and asked to confirm the costs!
DELIVERY ABROAD
We deliver worldwide. The customer has to bear the effective costs for the shipping
DELIVERY TIME
Generally the delivery takes place prompt. But we don’t give any warranty for it, because there are sometimes delays in delivery
PRICES
Prices published on Web sites are indicated in EURO. If not indicated they are inclusive the sales taxes and exclusive the transportation-taxes.
PAYMENT
The shipping of orders is being processed via credit card payment (VISA, Diners, American Express or MC) only, cash on delivery or bank transfer. The amount needs to be payed within 10 days after arrival of the item. The amount needs to be transferred exclusive in EURO to our account. We don’t allow any discount. At the first order from a costumer we have the options to demand payment in advanced or via credit card. Until payment in full according to Zanier, Zanier retain title to the products supplied. If we send the products via cash on delivery, we reserve the right, to charge an extra fee of EUR 15,00 for devices/unit loads, as well as EUR 8,00 for small articles/package.
LIABILITY
Complaints of any kind are to be filed in writing only and within 8 days after receipt via e-mail, fax or mail. For all apparatuses is a warranty of 2 years.

RIGHT OF RESCISSION
You may cancel your contract within two weeks without specifying any reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. In order to meet the revocation deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time. CONSEQUENCS OF THE RESCISSION
In case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by either party have to be restituted and potentially drawn profits (e.g. interest), surrendered. Should the customer not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of goods surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is brought about solely by a tryout thereof - such as would have been possible for you e.g. in a retail shop. Apart from that you cannot avoid the compensation, while you do not take the object of contract into use like an owner and avoid any change of the object of contract within the revocation period. Returning the delivery is free of charge for you. Non transportable things will be picked up at your place.
END OF RESCISSION INSTRUCTIONS
This right of revocation is not valid for contracts related to the delivery of goods which were manufactured according to your specifications or which were obviously customised to your personal needs or which cannot be returned because of their nature.
